HR Generalist

Your Mission:
As an HR Generalist at Agility Partners, you'll play a vital role in delivering day-to-day HR support while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, people-oriented, and excited to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support People Operations: Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general employee questions.
- Coordinate HR Processes: Own and improve tactical HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Foster Culture & Engagement. Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs that promote our culture and values.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations matters by gathering documentation, providing guidance, and escalating as needed.
- Benefits & Leave Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, employee education, and leave tracking (FMLA, STD, etc.).
- TA & Recruiting Support: Partner with the Talent team to help with job postings, candidate coordination, and internal mobility programs.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping: Ensure personnel files, I-9s, and other documentation are maintained in accordance with regulations.
- HRIS & Reporting: Maintain HR systems with up-to-date employee information and run reports to support business needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams across the company to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth employee experiences.
- Contribute Strategically: Support HR projects such as handbook updates, training rollouts, and policy enhancements as you grow into the role.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth or professional services environment.
- Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and HRIS systems.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable with metrics and analytics to guide decision-making.
