HR Generalist

The Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can provide consultative support services to our expanding client base. You will work with C-suite down. Asking the right questions, conducting research and providing clearly communicated solutions is vital to your success.
This fast-paced role is ideal for a conscientious self-starter who thrives in an environment filled with learning, problem-solving, and helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ employee benefit programs including insurance plans, pre-tax and retirement plans
- Initiate market searches; create and conduct annual benefit plan review presentations
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding. Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution
- Be a knowledgeable resource for clients on all things payroll, benefit and HR-related
- Ensure data integrity in payroll, HCM and benefit systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in PEO or benefit administration
- Working knowledge of employment law and benefit regulations (ACA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
- Proficiency in HCM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
