We are looking for a HR Director. The Human Resources Director serves as the cultural and strategic leader for the entire HR function—covering recruitment, onboarding, training, policy and compliance, legal liaison, and performance management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead cultural initiatives to strengthen morale, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement DEIB strategies and structured change management processes.
- Promote ongoing culture-building efforts to sustain workplace recognition.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job descriptions to onboarding.
- Use modern recruiting tools, AI-assisted screening, and branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational vision and values.
- Partner with leadership to design onboarding, training, and development programs that support both employee growth and business objectives.
- Implement retention strategies, clear career pathways, and regular feedback channels.
- Ensure transparency of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across the organization.
- Audit and update HR policies, programs, and practices to remain current and effective.
- Administer competitive benefits programs and lead related employee training.
- Drive programs that enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness, and internal mobility.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, minimizing organizational risk.
- Serve as the primary liaison with employment law counsel and regulatory agencies.
- Contribute actively as a member of the executive team in shaping organizational strategy.
- Set HR department goals, processes, and performance measures.
- Maintain accurate records and leverage HRIS platforms for operational efficiency.
- Use people analytics to forecast talent needs, identify workforce gaps, and align staffing plans with budgets and business goals.
- Coach managers to develop and retain top talent.
- Oversee consistent performance review processes and documentation.
- Investigate and address employee concerns, applying fair and transparent disciplinary processes when needed.
- Lead safety and wellness programs, including OSHA compliance and reporting.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and promote the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all personnel and business matters.
- Coordinate charitable initiatives and employee engagement events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in a growth-oriented organization with 150+ employees preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
- Active participation in HR networks and community involvement preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Experience with premium or high-performance brands is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in employment law, compensation, organizational development, and labor relations a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Skilled in managing relationships across all organizational levels.
