Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a HR Manager. Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong operational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to review and audit data, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and support informed decision-making. This role partners with HR teams and business leaders to optimize data use for workforce planning and talent management, while also supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, staffing, and policy interpretation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, compensation, and performance management
Experience in large or complex organizations
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Operational and technical proficiency
Prior leadership or people management experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
