We are conducting a search for an accomplished Global Head of Human Resources to lead the HR strategy and operations of a high-growth, global financial services organization. This executive will serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, driving HR initiatives that support business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance organizational effectiveness worldwide.

Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, organizational design, and DEI initiatives.
Partner closely with senior executives to influence company culture and oversee global workforce planning.
Design and implement compensation, rewards, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure full compliance with global labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Drive organizational effectiveness through change management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams across multiple geographies.
Optimize HR operations through the use of HR technology platforms (UKG experience preferred).

Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent).
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 7+ years in a senior, global role.
Proven expertise in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance, or related).
Demonstrated success leading HR operations across multiple countries and cultures.
Strong background in executive compensation, global mobility, and HR compliance.
Experience implementing and managing HR technology platforms (UKG strongly preferred).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
