THE ROLEYou’ll lead and build the HR organization at Cambium. We are a ~50 person company today and growing fast. You will report to the COO, help company executives plan headcount growth, and develop and implement HR strategy. This position is a critical hire to advise leadership and continue to grow our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives·
Partner with executives to conduct headcount planning
Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Oversee our onboarding process
Implement programs to develop current employees
Be a steward of company culture
Be a trusted resource for conflict resolution and employee relations
Develop and advise management on compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain, update, and communicate company HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
Implement HR technology and systems

KEY REQUIRE

MENTS· 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 as an HR leader
Small business or start-up HR experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or relevant field· PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Excellent communication with experience in executive communications
Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Be a great teammate
Must be a U.S. Citizen (DoD compliance)
On-site in El Segundo

$150,000-$185,000 annually
