We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and support HR operations at our Jacksonville facility. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave programs, while supporting employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, etc.)
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data and reporting
- Develop and implement training programs, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a positive workplace culture
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve performance and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment law
- Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
