Support the people operations backbone of a growing tech company. As an HR Analyst on Samba's People team, you'll help ensure our HR data, systems, and processes run smoothly — enabling smarter, faster decisions about our workforce. This role sits within the G&A function and directly supports the People team's ability to scale recruiting, onboarding, performance, and employee programs as Samba grows globally.
What You'll Do
Maintain and analyze HR data across headcount, attrition, compensation, and hiring metrics
Support reporting and dashboard creation for People team leadership
Assist with HRIS administration, data integrity audits, and system updates
Help coordinate HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and engagement surveys
Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning data, reporting, and requisition tracking
Support compliance tracking across employment policies, particularly across our US and international offices
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; HRIS exposure (Workday, BambooHR, etc.) a plus
Analytical mindset with comfort working in data-driven environments
Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive employee information
Interest in building a career in People Operations, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards

Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $60,000 - $80,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives. In addition, Samba provides health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
