Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic, organized, and compassionate
Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing all HR operations, supporting staff and leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture within our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
- Partner with department leaders to coordinate employee evaluations and performance management initiatives
- Interpret and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Serve as a liaison between employees, union representatives, and management to promote effective communication and resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and workplace culture
- Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Manage unemployment claims, conduct internal investigations, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Support managers with hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of Human Resources experience; healthcare or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and labor practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Experience with recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives
