What you’ll do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies across the region.
- Develop and mentor HR leaders and teams, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record (typically 7+ years) in HR management, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a "hands-on" approach to plant operations.
- Experience leading organizational change or implementing new HR processes from the ground up.
