Job Summary
The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition & Academy will support the execution of recruitment strategies to meet the corporate hiring needs of aviation ground handling services. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment via Academy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Aviation operational hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Candidate would have Bulk & Corporate Aviation recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Execution & Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Source candidates through job portals, aviation institutes, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and selection processes.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements including background checks and security clearances.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Ensure smooth candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
- Liaise with external recruitment partners and vendors for sourcing and compliance.
- Support the Head – TA in reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Technology & Reporting
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and job postings.
- Generate basic recruitment reports and dashboards for internal review.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools.
- Compliance & Inclusion
- Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws, aviation safety standards, and internal policies.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives.
Candidate Counselling & Enrolment
- Provide accurate, ethical, and detailed counselling to prospective and selected candidates.
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to convert selected candidates into confirmed enrolments.
- Achieve individual enrolment targets as assigned.
- Address escalated queries professionally with empathy and solution-focused approaches.
Outreach & Marketing Support
- Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market visits to assess competition and identify best practices.
- Support recruitment drives, seminars, and promotional events.
- Liaise with colleges, training institutions, and education consultants (Educons) to drive maximum participation in outreach programs.
- Deliver presentations and seminars to large groups of prospective candidates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or operational environments.
- Exposure to aviation, logistics, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance and security clearance processes is preferred.
