Our client is a dynamic and innovative organization embarking on an exciting journey to establish a new manufacturing plant from the ground up. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join the team and play a critical role in building and scaling the operation.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the HR function for the new manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support plant operations
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts to build a high-performing, capable workforce
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Foster a positive, engaged, and productive workplace through strong employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Act as a key liaison with head office in Taiwan, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
What you’ll need
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR management, with a proven track record of building and leading teams
- Strong experience across compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
- Spanish proficiency is highly desirable; Chinese language skills are a strong plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and change-management capabilities
