Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role also involves developing HR strategies and policies, addressing employee relations issues, fostering a positive company culture, and working closely with leadership to support organizational goals. The HR Manager will act as a resource for employees and management alike, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and employee training programs
- Proficiency in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and workplace standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR software, recordkeeping, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with HR leadership experience preferred
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in sensitive matters
