This role is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing people-focused initiatives that align with the company’s mission, values, and long-term objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team, helping shape organizational strategy while ensuring a high-performing, compliant, and engaging workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources; including senior leadership roles, bachelor’s degree required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals, objectives, and values.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, actively participating in weekly EOS leadership meetings and contributing to company-wide planning, alignment, and decision-making.
- Lead and manage all HR systems and administrative functions, including record keeping, benefit administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the company’s mission and culture.
- Champion onboarding efforts to ensure a positive new employee experience and successful integration.
- Design and execute talent retention and employee development strategies, including performance management and career progression.
- Identify training needs and implement programs that promote continuous learning and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and mitigating risks.
- Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture that supports employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, including vendor management, pay structure development, and annual renewals.
- Maintain a competitive and equitable compensation strategy based on market research and internal alignment.
- Coordinate and communicate payroll-related data with the Finance Director, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage employee visa and green card sponsorship processes in partnership with legal counsel, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely filings.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of current responsibilities.
- Lead a comprehensive performance management framework, including evaluations, goal alignment, continuous feedback, and development planning to drive individual and organizational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience to enhance efficiency, scalability, and engagement.

SALARY RANGE
- $95,000+ based upon experience
