HR Assistant
4-6wk assignment (immediate start)
Onsite - Westborough, MA (Mon-Thur, with flexi Fridays remote)
6mth initial contract term
The Human Resources Assistant will provide support to HR professionals by executing a variety of tasks across the spectrum of HR functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Generalist to support onboarding across multiple sites. Assist in new location onboarding and set-up including developing policies, processes, and norms
- Support HR Generalist in bringing employee files up to date, including assisting with the transition from paper files to electronic records files
- Complete I-9 Audit and assist in transitioning I-9 paper files to electronic files
- Implement a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) program, process, and policies and provide training
- Support HRIS clean-up and data entry to include capture of new fields and assist in developing reports
- Other duties as required to support the HR team.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, Associates Degree in human resources, business, or related field and 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years of prior related experience.
- 1+ years of experience presenting information, providing data updates and troubleshooting administrative-related issues.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
- Experience working with personnel data in a confidential manner Experience with SuccessFactors HRS a plus
