Position Description
- Partner with HR Business Partners and site leadership to support workforce planning, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Support the implementation of talent development, engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Participate in organizational initiatives such as onboarding programs, employee development activities, and workforce engagement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems and ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory requirements.
- Review employee change documentation, ensuring proper approvals and accuracy of information.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure proper documentation and regulatory adherence.
- Provide HR operational support including employee movement transactions, onboarding activities, and HR reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation of HR best practices across the site.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 0-3 years of Human Resources experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, or HR programs.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with managers and employees to address HR-related questions and concerns.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
