Senior HR Manager | Manufacturing | Triad (Onsite)
I’m currently partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Human Resources Manager for their multi-site operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on while supporting a dynamic workforce.
In this role, you will serve as a key partner to site leadership, helping drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational performance across a growing operation. The HR Manager will support approximately 300 employees across two locations while leading core HR initiatives and building strong relationships throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing culture, developing people, and helping organizations scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and retention
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Coach and support managers on leadership, talent development, and HR best practices
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations while helping drive long-term people strategies
• Lead and mentor a small HR team while supporting employees at all levels of the organization
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and organizational development
Ideal Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Approximately 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Dayforce, or similar systems preferred)
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• Comfortable operating as a strategic partner while remaining involved in day-to-day HR matters
