HR Director - Hybrid - SLC
CV Resources is partnering with a fast‑growing, multi‑state organization to hire an experienced HR Director who is excited about building, scaling, and modernizing a people function during a period of major expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of a forward‑looking HR strategy that supports rapid organizational growth.
- Guide the transition from an outsourced HR/PEO environment to a fully built‑out internal HR model.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and culture initiatives.
- Build scalable policies, processes, and people programs for a multi‑state workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, and workforce compliance.
- Evaluate and implement HR technologies and systems to support efficiency and scale.
- Support, mentor, and grow the small but expanding HR team.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience in high‑growth, multi‑state, or private‑equity‑backed environments is highly valued.
- Background in transitioning organizations off a PEO or building HR infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong command of employment law across multiple states.
- Proven success strengthening HR processes, policies, and people programs.
- Strategic partnership experience with senior leadership.
- Experience in retail, distributed workforces, or multi‑location environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certifications are a bonus.
