We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Lead workforce planning efforts, including talent forecasting and organizational design.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage employee relations processes, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote a culture of engagement through recognition programs and effective communication strategies.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Design onboarding programs aimed at improving early employee retention and readiness.
• Direct performance management initiatives, including reviews and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations through proactive policy management and audits.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all levels of the organization.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior leadership effectively.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in managing compensation, benefits, and compliance initiatives.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
