Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director HR! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with C-Suite, the Director plays a critical role in fostering a people first culture that supports more than 200 dedicated employees. With HR support professional as a direct report, this Director will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support recruitment & retention, and ensure alignment with the facilities strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- HR Certifications are preferred
- Previous Healthcare Experience is preferred
