AP Executive Staffing is partnering with a growing industrial organization to identify a strategic Human Resources Director for a U.S. workforce of 200+ employees across manufacturing and office environments. This position blends strategic HR leadership with day-to-day execution, supporting business growth, workforce engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and production roles
• Design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs
• Oversee U.S. benefits administration, 401(k), and compliance (FMLA, NYS PFL, Workers’ Comp)
• Partner with leadership on performance management, engagement, and development initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
• Support health, safety, and wellness initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or distribution
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Proven ability to lead with confidence, discretion, and sound judgment
