The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality program and construction management professionals to support client projects. This role functions as a corporate recruiter within a staff augmentation environment, partnering with internal stakeholders to fulfill project-based staffing needs across public and private sector clients. The position plays a critical role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for roles such as Program Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Schedulers, Cost Estimators, Inspectors, and other PM/CM professionals. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a mission-critical role that directly supports the company's ability to staff complex programs and capital projects. This position ensures that qualified PM/CM professionals are placed quickly and effectively, driving client satisfaction, project success, and company growth. This is an in-office role to support continuous collaboration with senior leadership, program teams, department leads and candidates, that includes regular interaction with senior leadership, program teams, department leads and external candidates.
Examples of Essential Functions
Talent Sourcing & Recruiting (Full-cycle recruiting)
- Proactively source candidates for PM/CM roles using Linked In, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases and any and all software utilized by the Company.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified program and construction management professionals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical qualifications, industry experience, and client alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring managers and/or client teams.
- Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Candidate & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with industry professionals for future staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilized by Company.
Stakeholder & Client Support
- Partner with account managers, program leadership, and project teams to understand staffing requirements, timelines, and skill needs.
- Support high-volume and time-sensitive recruiting for active programs and capital projects.
- Provide regular recruiting updates, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics to internal leadership.
Administrative, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and client requirements.
- Assist with background checks, credential verification, and onboarding documentation.
- Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
- Prepare, format, and submit resumes and all required staff augmentation documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with PM/CM roles and terminology (e.g., Program Manager, Construction Manager, Scheduler, Cost Engineer).
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AEC, infrastructure, engineering, or professional services recruiting.
