Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategy with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning
- Oversee HR policies, programs, and legal compliance
- Guide employee relations, performance, and transitions

- Lead and develop the HR team

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience leading HR teams
- Manufacturing industry experience required
