Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of employees. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will address employee grievances, oversee performance evaluations, and support professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Experience in crafting and implementing HR Policies, Compliance Management, and addressing Employee Relations
- Skills in Performance Management, Team Development, and Training Coordination
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in HR software tools and familiarity with HR analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
