Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of staff as needed
- Processing of new hires
- Payroll oversight
- Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues
- Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- HR Human Resources Director experience required
- Leadership qualities required.
- LTC/SNF experience required.
