Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Human Resources Services, based in Neosho, MO. The Director will oversee HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal standards, maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), and enhancing shared services functions. The role requires acting as a strategic partner to leadership in aligning human resources activities with organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace environment. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and providing guidance on workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including staffing, recruitment, and employee relations
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and designing competitive benefit packages
- Proficiency in HR Policies development and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Expertise in Shared Services and promoting process efficiencies within an HR framework
- Strong working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare or a similar industry is preferred
