We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and enhance HR operations within our client's organization in New York, New York. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will implement effective systems and processes to ensure smooth HR workflows and support the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Manage onboarding procedures to ensure new employees have a seamless experience.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting workplace satisfaction.
• Oversee immigration processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive performance management initiatives, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and fill organizational needs.
• Utilize HRIS systems for reporting and data management.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Expertise in employee relations and HR administration.
• Proficiency in managing benefits functions and related programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems for data management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle onboarding and employee interactions.
• Ability to manage immigration processes and ensure compliance.
• Solid understanding of performance management strategies.
• Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
