Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Administer benefits programs, providing guidance and support to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update HR systems to accurately reflect employee data.
• Support payroll processes by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Handle general HR tasks, including performance management and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and solutions to address HR-related challenges.
• Foster communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of benefits management and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools.
• Experience in onboarding processes and integrating new team members.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address workplace challenges effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
