Responsibilities
" Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Manage recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

- Design and implement performance management systems
- Lead training and development initiatives for staff
- Monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change management strategies"
Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in retail, service, or multi-location operations.
- Strong recruiting and hiring expertise.
- Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
- Solid understanding of NYC labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally to store and plant locations as needed.
