We’re looking for an experienced
HR Manager to lead payroll, benefits, employee relations, and daily HR operations. This hybrid role is an important partner to employees and leadership, ensuring compliance and delivering a strong employee experience. This role is key to our department’s succession plan.
What You’ll Do
Manage accurate and timely payroll and ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations.Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits programs.Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee HR support.Address employee relations, performance issues, and workplace concerns.Maintain HR policies, compliance, documentation, and HR audits.Support recruiting, interviews, and hiring activities. Manage HRIS accuracy and prepare HR and payroll reports.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll & benefits.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred).Organizational, communication, and problem‑solving strengths.
Preferred: SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP/PHR/SPHR, multi‑state payroll experience, small/mid‑size company background.
