Role Description
KOO Recruit is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee and implement HR strategies and operations in our Bloomfield, NM office. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, employee relations, compliance, training programs, and workplace culture initiatives. Key duties include developing HR policies, resolving employee concerns, supporting organizational development, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in professional fields such as Employee Relations, Staff Engagement, and Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, including Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, and Labor Laws Compliance.
- Experience in Organizational Development, Strategic Human Resource Planning, and Performance Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle conflict resolution, leadership development, and workplace culture enhancement.
- Ability to manage workforce diversity, implement training programs, and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and data-driven decision-making tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within an HR team.
