Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting, training, and development programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- SHRM Certification is a plus
