Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance their HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic and hands-on role in supporting organizational growth and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR data and reporting, analyzing trends and recommending solutions for workforce productivity and development.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and onboarding processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and managing employee data effectively.
• Ability to design and execute training and development programs.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and related HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse workforce.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
