We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR for our client's growing retail team in the Phoenix area. Based in Peoria, Arizona, this role is responsible for overseeing employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to support staffing needs, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive engagement and retention initiatives. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with experience handling HR functions in a retail or multi-unit environment. You'll cover the west side of Phoenix from one of the company locations in Peoria.
