We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Eatontown, New Jersey. As an individual contributor in this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR programs and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and employees to support organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
• Administer onboarding processes, benefits programs, leave management, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining organizational compliance.
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing and selection.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR-related matters.
• Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions and provide resources on HR policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve workplace concerns efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in generalist or managerial roles.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
