Robert Half is seeking a full-time direct-hire HR Director located in St. Petersburg, FL!
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, employment law, training and policy communication.
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team while serving as go-to for all employee matters.
- Update initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization with communicating HR policies to employees and management.
- Oversee benefits and compensation plans, PTO, FMLA and other employee incentives.
- Assist with additional Human Resources functions as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience including 5+ years at the management or higher level
- Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field
- SHRM or PHR certification required (or in process of obtaining)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Good communication and open-door HR leader!
