Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations across a large employee group
- Handle onboarding activities and organize required employment documents
- Manage employee data, records, and various compliance tasks
- Address escalated employee relations concerns professionally and discreetly
- Partner with leaders on corrective actions and documentation needs
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
- Maintain consistent HR processes aligned with company policies
- Support managers in applying HR guidelines and procedures
- Help reinforce expectations around communication channels and escalation paths
- Participate in projects that strengthen culture and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with an external HR consultant on ongoing HR needs
- Provide guidance on HR questions while maintaining confidentiality
- Contribute to improving HR workflows and employee experience
Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
