What You’ll Do
As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to leader for all human resources functions. You'll play a critical role in shaping the company culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring we stay compliant and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Strategy
- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring the business attracts highly skilled candidates.
- Develop strong talent pipelines, diversify sourcing strategies, and use market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day HR workflows, ensuring policies, procedures, and legal requirements are consistently followed.
- Prepare routine updates and data reports for leadership teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
- Address workplace concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote effective communication throughout the organization.
Performance & Development Programs
- Support leaders in setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Implement tools and processes that drive continuous improvement, coaching, and employee growth.
Team Leadership
- Guide and develop your direct reports, promoting an environment where collaboration and accountability thrive.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on HR expertise. Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 6-10 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience supervising and developing HR team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment with limited direction.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
