About the Role
The HR Manager is responsible for carrying out the HR strategy for one or more Hygiene Business Units within a designated country or cluster. Working as a strategic partner, this person offers coaching, guidance, and insights that help leaders bring their people plans to life. Serving as a trusted advisor, the HR Manager collaborates with COE teams to deliver integrated, business-focused HR services that enhance both organizational and employee outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a key HR partner to assigned business teams, ensuring reliable support in areas such as performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of business unit initiatives, including development activities, minor structural changes, and compensation-related data analysis.
- Equip leaders with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively manage their teams, with guidance on performance, career development, and growth planning.
- Advise managers on a range of HR policies, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with both local requirements and broader company standards.
- Provide counsel on labor law, collective agreements, and policy matters to maintain compliance.
- Oversee the full onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are set up for a successful transition.
- Draft and update job and position descriptions in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Partner with the Staffing Manager to initiate and support the recruitment process.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist, COE specialist, or HR Manager.
- Strong background in employee relations and a solid grasp of core HR processes and best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
