OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, people-centric, and versatile Head of People to build and scale the People function at HeroDevs. Reporting to the COO, you will lead all People activities including talent acquisition, organizational development, training & enablement, performance management, team member relations, compliance, and culture-building initiatives.

Job Responsibilities- Build and implement a scalable hiring strategy to support aggressive growth
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, job/role architecture, and future team needs
- Create a training and enablement function, including onboarding and leadership development
- Develop competency frameworks, career ladders, and skill development roadmaps
- Optimize organizational structure, reporting lines, and leadership layers
- Build and maintain HR policies, processes, and core HR operations
- Assist leadership and counsel with ensuring compliance with employment laws and human resources best practices
- Establish KPIs, reporting, and metrics to track progress and alignment with HeroDevs goals
- Implement engagement strategies, communication channels, and recognition programs
- Leverage data to guide decisions around hiring, retention, and workforce planning
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in HR and/or People Operations
- Demonstrated success scaling teams in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Strong background in recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management
- Proven experience designing training, enablement, or L&D programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build scalable processes and operate autonomously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a business-first mindset
- Experience influencing decisions at the executive level
Preferred Qualifications- Experience as a first or early people leader in a rapidly scaling company.
- Experience with compensation strategy, HR analytics, or org design.
- Experience implementing HRIS, ATS, or enablement platforms.
