JOB DESCRIPTION
The Onboarding Team helps to welcome and integrating all new employees. They will provide direct communication and support to new employees by email, text message, or phone. They will efficiently maintain the CP master onboarding sheet to ensure accuracy. They ensure employee onboarding and ADP setup is completed prior to the event and to ensure that employees are compliant and payroll ready for the Payroll Operations team to be able to meet payroll deadlines. They also provide customer service and answer employee questions on our employee help line. This is a fulltime, in-office role with some schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering company phones calls, voice mails and text messages.
- Input employe information from clients and into company master sheet.
- Update employee status on master sheet.
- Send out Welcome emails to new hires and rehires.
- Enter DHL information into ADP, activating new hire packet.
- Manage and follow the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Complete E-Verify
- Send reminders/nudges to new employees as needed by text or phone.
- Communicate with client any employees with missing documents prior to start of event.
- Actively follow any employee with missing paperwork once event starts.
- On site onboarding as needed.
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to understand others point of view and find workable solutions to issues.
- Must be a team player and maintain a positive goal driven attitude.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and documents (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PDF, Google Forms)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in communications or customer service and support preferred.
Work Environment
- The work is performed in a professional office environment with regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
