HR Manager – Americas (Hybrid, Texas)

Stealthwatch are partnered with a leading cyber security vendor that is expanding their global People function and seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee HR operations across the Americas region. This is a key strategic hire within a fast-growing, innovation-driven organisation at the forefront of cyber security.
Role Overview
As the HR Manager – Americas, you will be responsible for driving all regional HR operations, ensuring compliance across multiple states, and supporting a rapidly scaling workforce. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to influence culture, refine processes, and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the Americas region
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Lead payroll processes and manage payroll vendor relationships
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
- Manage onboarding, performance processes, employee relations, and policy development
- Support organisational growth with scalable HR frameworks and data-driven decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership with a strong understanding of regional HR nuances
Requirements
- Must be based in Texas (hybrid role – regular office presence required)
- Strong experience with payroll, recruiting, and employment compliance laws across the U.S.
- Previous HR leadership experience within a tech or cyber security environment (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to support multi-state operations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
Compensation
- Up to $170,000 base salary + competitive package
