We’re Hiring: Director of Human Resources at Shearer Companies/ SEKO MedTec
Shearer Companies is growing – and we’re looking for a strategic, people-focused Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
· Partner with senior leaders to support company growth and talent strategy
· Lead all HR functions – recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training, and more
· Strengthen our culture through recognition, development, and positive employee experiences
· Oversee HR operations including HRIS data, policy development, and departmental budgeting
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
· Lead and develop HR staff
· Travel to other locations (approx. 25%) to support teams & initiatives
What We’re Looking For
· 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
· 2+ years in supervisory role
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
· Strong communication, judgment, and leadership abilities
· Experience in logistics, transportation, or manufacturing is a plus
· HR Certification (SHRM/HRCI) preferred
· Someone who thrives in a growth-oriented, hands-on environment
