They are looking for a dynamic, hands-on HR leader who is ready to make an impact.
Your new role
The role is for an experienced HR leader to take ownership of strategic and operational HR initiatives for this growing, multi-entity organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, strategic partners, and internal teams while driving all aspects of human resources operations. This is an opportunity to shape culture, scale people programs, and partner closely with senior leadership.
What you will need to succeed
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience within a professional services or similar corporate environment.
- Must have a SHRM or HRCI certification
- Proven ability to build scalable HR programs in growth environments
- Capable of leading and managing a team, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Open-minded and adaptable with the ability to solve problems as part of a team
- Low-ego, positive attitude that contributes to a creative and prepared culture
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
