Director, Human Resources
Greater Philadelphia Region (Hybrid flexibility) | UP TO $200k plus Bonus
We’ve partnered with a nationally recognized home improvement company celebrated for its people-first culture and rapid growth. They’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to design, optimize, and scale HR operations nationwide.
What You’ll Do:- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and field operations teams
- Lead and mentor the Field HR and People Support teams
- Build scalable, compliant, and employee-centric HR processes
- Oversee full employee lifecycle — onboarding through offboarding
- Manage HRIS optimization, reporting, and KPI development
- Drive organizational design and change initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Partner with internal Legal/Employment Law teams on compliance and policy updates
- Lead culture initiatives and engagement programs that enhance retention
What You Bring:- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state or field workforce
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable HR systems
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance frameworks
- Skilled in data-driven HR decision-making and KPI analysis
- Hands-on experience leading high-performing HR teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
