We are looking for a qualified Bilingual HR Business Partner (Consultant) to work in a combination of Remote and On-site engagements with our clients’ offices as needed in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Our ideal candidate should have solid, proven experience with HR practices and employee management. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes. This candidate should have more than 8 years’ experience of directly working with clients / leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Front line support for a variety of clients both in office and remote
- Broad HR experience is critical, ability to be be organized and technically sound
- Provide HR guidance within accounts in line with Cultura's HR standards
- Analyze trends and metrics with accounts such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics and provides recommendations to improve
- Resolve employee relations issues and address issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance of HR initiatives
- Ensure accuracy of HRIS and affiliated systems
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager; minimum 8 years
- Analytical, goal oriented with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Skills with HRIS and Excel
- HR experience relative to: workforce planning, training, succession planning, recruiting, compensation and benefits
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Executive presence and the ability to present to large groups as well as leadership
- Bi-lingual highly desired
