Human Resources Director
Responsibilities Human Resources Director:
- Conduct effective, thorough, objective and timely investigations
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships and employee morale
- Conduct routine audits of personnel files and documentation at Center.
- Participate in recruitment events and assist Recruitment Team with coordination of effective recruitment plans.
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations as it pertains to human resources and employee relations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (HR) Human Resources Director:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- HR Director Experience
- Leadership qualities required.
- LTC/SNF experience required.
- Computer knowledge.
