About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Associate Director, HR Business Partner to support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North America. In this role, you’ll partner directly with operational and sales leaders while overseeing a team of two HR Business Partners. This is a dynamic position balancing workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, sales enablement, and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Operations and Sales leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, salesforce optimization, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies.
- Lead talent development initiatives for frontline leaders and sales managers, including leadership programs and succession planning efforts.
- Drive salesforce effectiveness through incentive planning, onboarding programs, and performance ramp-up strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues across union and non-union environments.
- Collaborate on compensation, rewards, culture, engagement, change management, and M&A-related initiatives.
- Use HR and sales analytics (attrition, turnover, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement data) to guide business decisions and improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience leading and developing HR professionals
- Strong background in talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and supporting sales organizations
- Familiarity with sales incentive structures and both union and non-union workforces
