Everything To Gain is looking for a Senior Developer with experience in Recruiting Integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing integration solutions between our recruiting platforms and internal systems. You will collaborate closely with HR and IT departments to ensure smooth data flow and enhance the overall recruitment process. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration solutions between recruiting applications and internal systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify integration needs and design suitable solutions.
- Work with API documentation to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Monitor integration workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in recruitment integration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
- Proven experience as a software developer with a focus on integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and platforms, such as ATS and HRIS.
- Experience with API development and management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with data management concepts and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in Agile development environments is a plus.
