Human Resource Manager
Privately held corporate office is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the human resource processes, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will be an instrumental part of shaping the company culture and ensuring employee satisfaction which will result in company success. Salary up to $150K plus bonus and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead HR Operations, supervising a team of five
- Manage Insurance and contract review
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on employee development, and implement training programs.
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures and comply with legal standards and align with organizational processes.
- Collaborate with management team to create pathways for leadership development
- Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Travel to branches to support HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as an HR Manager
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Travel involved
